Synopsis

Nakoshi Susumu lives in his car, between a building and a park where homeless people live, one day a medical student proposes to do a skull trephination (ancient medical practice that consists of opening a hole in the skull), in order to open his third eye.

Review... or something.

The premise is interesting from the beginning, and as the manga progresses it is filled with psychological concepts. Unfortunately, as the manga progresses it feels a bit aimless and slow.
